Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders regardless of how much you spend.

Send us an email at support@biofuelperformance.com within 1-2 hours of placing your order. Modifications or cancellations to an order are possible as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.  

You will receive an email with tracking information 1-2 days after placing your order.

Once your order has been received, we will ship your order the same day or the next day, not including weekends.  If you place an order on Saturday, it could go out on the following Monday as long as it is not a holiday.

Once your product has been shipped, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days assuming that there are no delays.

Yes. Please ship the product back to us so that we can offer you a refund or reship your product.  It will be your responsibility to pay for the return shipping back to us.
